Father please forgive me.
I judge your goodness and grace by
How I am doing
How I am feeling
How my life is going.
I fail to see you as Father of all.
I reduce your good, to good to me.
I shrink your Kingdom, to mean my world.
Transcend me from myself and in my sorry let me see joy
The joy of new life and love
The joy of creation and music
The joy of friendship and faithfulness.
Deliver me from my need to impress you with my doing.
Grace me to love you with my being.
Work nature of your Son deep within me.
So I find You in
The life I have
The life I want
The life that is yet to come.
